Edsger was established as a joint-venture platform business in the US to acquire operational and business-critical data centers to create a portfolio of diversified assets. A portfolio of data centers has been acquired via a buy-and-build strategy, together with two JV partners, including a proven US data center operator and a reputable Canadian financial investor, with a proven track-record of investing in quality infrastructure assets.

Edsger targets data centers that are located in key strategic markets, operated by high quality tenants under medium to long-term leases, and free from technology risk.

Edsger has acquired seven fully-contracted data centers located in key markets (Dallas (TX), Silicon Valley (CA), St. Louis (MO), Indianapolis (IN), Charlotte (NC), Clarksville (VA), and Phoenix (AZ)), with each offering approximately 5-15MW of critical power capacity.
