Edsger targets data centres that are located in key strategic markets, operated by high quality tenants under medium to long-term leases, and free from technology risk. So far, Edsger has acquired five fully-contracted data centres located in key markets such as Dallas and Silicon Valley, with each offering approximately 5-10MW of critical power capacity. Edsger is evaluating a pipeline of five to ten potential add-on opportunities, which would complete Edsger’s asset aggregation strategy.
