Marketing & Communication Manager
The Marketing & Communication Manager will be responsible for all global marketing and communication activities within DIF. An important part of the role is to further drive the branding and positioning of the company. Following a period of strong growth, additional emphasis on strengthening our corporate identity is key, including addressing topics such as diversity, investing responsibly, compliance, sustainability and being a global employer of choice. Moreover, with over 160 employees and offices around the world, internal communication requires pro-activity, adaptive performance and coordination to keep pace with how the organisation develops. As such, internal and external communication is an increasingly important and ongoing topic. The Marketing & Communication Manager will be working in the Investor Relations & Business Development (IR&BD) team. You will be based at Schiphol. The role will have a global coverage of DIF’s activities.
Associate Origination Chile
The Associate will be working in the Origination team and will take ownership of relevant aspects during each phase of the origination and investment process up to closing and beyond, with a focus on buy-side transaction execution. In short, daily activities include analysing investment markets, legal, technical and financial data, developing financial models, preparing investment committee proposals, reviewing and processing contract documentation and management of investments in the portfolio. The focus of the Associate will be on originating and executing infrastructure investments in telecom, energy and transportation in South America.
