(Associate) Director Investor Relations & Business Development
The (Associate) Director will be working in the Investor Relations & Business Development (IR&BD) team. The funds managed by DIF are developed and raised by the in-house IR&BD team, with the support of the rest of the organisation. In light of the increasing assets under management, there is need for an (Associate) Director in the team. The (Associate) Director will work together with colleagues across multiple activities including product development, market studies, portfolio analyses, institutional business development, fundraising, co-investments, investor relations and marketing. Associate Investor Relations & Business Development

Analyst Project Finance
The Analyst will be working in the Project Finance (“PF”) team and support project debt procurement processes, predominantly project refinances. The role involves active cooperation with DIF’s Origination and Asset Management teams and participation in all aspects of debt procurement including direct contact with debt providers, selection/negotiation and structuring, financial and legal analysis, coordination of due diligence activities and advisors, refinance execution, as well as assisting the Head of PF in company wide internal reporting. The analyst will work, together with the PF team, on a range of transactions including accommodation and infrastructure PPP projects and concessions, power (predominantly renewable), toll roads, regulated and semi-regulated utilities, telecom infrastructure, rolling stock, gas storage and fibre networks. The analyst will be based at Schiphol. The role will have a global coverage of DIF’s activities.
